1. TRADE keyword + ads = the real lever — scale it

12 of 16 buyers wrote "TRADE" as their first or second message — it's the keyword wired to the ad. The TRADE ads are also the best-converting ads. The two creatives that closed 2 buyers each: "New Ad Test 9" and "Boat Party DM Ad 2_Group_1". Action: scale spend on the TRADE creative, clone it with variants (same CTA, different visual hooks) and A/B-test against MENTOR / Course (which only closed 2 between them).

2. The silent story reply is the true thumb-stop

6 buyers replied to one of Mitch's stories before sending TRADE — the story is the magnet, the keyword is just the bot's pass phrase. The stories that triggered these replies are high-conversion content. Two of them are still recoverable from metadata: @blake's story · @tania's story. Action: identify which stories drove the replies, post more of that format, and replicate the visual frame.

3. Speed matters — but less than it looks

54% received the apply link in <30 min, but 3 buyers (samcuri, marcfarrall, j1m.western) took hours and still closed. And blake / sam / tania re-engaged months later. The bottleneck isn't speed — it's intent matching. When the lead has clear intent (free course watched, story reply, TRADE), they close fast. 4. The free course is a brutal pre-close funnel — escalate it

5. Long-tail buyers exist — design a re-engagement loop

3 of 16 (blake, samcuri, tania) closed 100+ days after their first DM. They are "dead" contacts that came back. If Mitch had an automated follow-up at month 2 / 6 of inactivity ("still thinking about learning to trade?"), he'd likely recover more. Action: design a 60-90-180-day follow-up workflow for funnel ≥3 conversations that went cold.

6. Keep producing nurturing content so remarketing converts better

The audience that converts is already pre-warmed by Mitch's content — stories, free course, organic posts. The ad keyword closes the loop, but the nurturing is what makes the close possible. Action: keep posting content that educates, breaks objections, and builds closeness — that's the layer that makes the TRADE remarketing convert at the rate it does.
